The idea of government tenders given to people who do not complete their projects is totally unethical, disturbing and has been running for a very long time in South African communities. The majority of townships are not improved and there’s still a lot of little things to be developed; this includes street lights and tar roads. Most communities really need such things especially in developed rural areas around Gauteng Province. What causes this incident is that when money is being given to a specific candidate responsible for rendering such services is that the candidate first focuses on their own personal needs, usually luxury. There is never enough luxury, so the money for services/construction is only spend for the initial phase of the project’s fundamental procedures, one will find incomplete projects where streets are still under construction for a very long period of time; it can even take up to eight months or even more than that period.
This exhibition was one of those who made me some money and published all around the country but anyway, all the articles that I've posted here have been disseminated around national newspapers and being edited to "professional" format and all that which has been modified within. Not every posts has been published on national newspapers but will probably stand a chance to win the prize money; again...all prize money-worth articles are send straight directly to the targeted recepient.
